do the botox do the same thing without the cast as they do with it? what is the end result of all the botox? are they buying time waiting for something to happen?
The botox is used to help keep the muscles lose and to try and help a contracture in her shoulder. They are hoping it helps with her ROM and for her to be able to get her arm overhead.They might be buying time before they have to go in and actually do a muscle release. Time will tell...
